Banana Papaya Smoothie
We love smoothies over here. Chris makes himself one almost every day for work and Olivia is almost always game for making and enjoying one. I love the endless possibilities of this treat, and was inspired to try something new with papaya when I saw some at the store this week. I whipped up this super easy and very delicious smoothie and had to share. It's really mild and satisfying,
You will need:
1 frozen banana
1 c. cubed papaya
1 c. soy milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract
shredded coconut (optional)
Combine all the ingredients (minus the coconut) in the blender and voila! Sprinkle coconut on top of smoothie for a little extra flavor, if desired.
