4 Ingredient Peach Sorbet
You may remember that I promised two delicious peach recipes after our visit to the peach orchard. I loved those petite peach pies so much, and now I'm excited to share the second creation; peach sorbet. As with the pie, the quality of peaches is important, so be sure to get some nice and ripe ones. This recipe is so, so, so easy. The hardest part is waiting for it to freeze. Well, that or, sharing it. :)
To make 1 quart of sorbet, all you need is:
4 cups of peaches, peeled and sliced. (We had so many peaches from our trip, that I froze a bunch, so used frozen slices.)
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (approximately one small lemon)
3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1 cup of water
Simply toss all of the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into your frozen treat storage container of choice (I used this one,) and let freeze for a few hours. Serve and enjoy. It is so delicious and refreshing- I hope you love it as much as we do!
